Sunday's in my city!!!

Thanks to Sonya's blog, I am discovering new, interesting blogs and am simply loving them. One such blog is Unknown Mami. where we can tour Sunday's in different cities!!! Yes, it is Sunday's in my city!!! I am new to this, but nevertheless will give it a try!!! For those who do not know me, I am May, an Indian living in Lohr, Germany!!!

We woke up to a wet Easter Sunday!!! See what the Easter bunny got the kids.....

Not to forget this proud chocolate hen with her eggs which I couldn't resist buying and placing her next to my basket..:-)

What is Easter without flowers???? Got these tulips with a theme in mind, white for peace, red for the passion of Christ!!!

It rained and rained, and lo behold, the sun decided to come out as it rained. According to the German's the April weather!!!! This bunch of tulips were on my windowsill against the backdrop of rain.

I have been inspired by the Germans to create the so called Fensterbilder or Window images. Managed to complete this creation with paper, right in time for Easter..... More on this in the posts to come!!!!

Finally, the sun did shine at the end of the day. The view outside our bedroom with the sun shining and spring round the corner.......

I hope you had a Frohe Ostern, which is Happy Easter in Deutsch!!! See you next Sunday....:)
