Peek a boo..

Sweet Shot Day

Growing plants and nurturing them is quite challenging in Deutschland. Thanks to the winter and controlled temperature inside homes, am unable to keep the plants alive for long and no, I am not a plant killer..:(
When new life sprouts, like the one in my tulip bulbs, I am over the moon. I keep watch gently and cannot wait to see the first bud and then the bloom..:)

  1. Look at that beautiful little sprout :) When Im able to spot the first signs of Spring outside,I get so happy! lol

I've had pretty good success with indoor plants here but I also buy nothing but the hardy green ones..lol I have two Christmas Cactus's or is that Cacti? and they never bloomed for me back home..but they do here so go figure..lol

  2. Oh how encouraging! My senior mom and I have limited our gardening activities to peeking into gardening magazines. With the ground covered by snow, and activities for grandparents and grandchildren keeping me busy inside, it's the most practical thing to do right now. But I can't WAIT for spring and this picture gave me the sweet encouragment that it is ON ITS WAY. Hooray! Thank you for a delightful Sweet Shot Tuesday. :)

  7. Isn't growth grand?? I love the smell of dark soil, full of nutrition for the budding of beautiful flowers or herbs or fruits and vegetables. It makes me feel all happy inside.

Thank you for this awesome shot. It reminds me that Spring is not so far away.

I will definitely be back to visit!! Thanks for stopping by!

  10. oh, good luck with your plants! I am horrible at growing indoor plants - which drives me nuts because my grandmother could make just about anything grow. I wish I'd inherited that trait from her!
